A man who works for the Bluebird Lumber and Hardware has pleaded guilty to the four charges of theft as servant from his work place.

Laloata Timo appeared before Her Honour Elizabeth Aitken yesterday morning.
The summary of facts shows that this happened on four separate occasions between 3 October 2014 and November 2014.
Laloata has stolen timber, plywood and other items.
The total amount of money involved is $3,315.82.
All of this was done without the knowledge and authorisation of the General Manager.
Jutice Elizabeth has adjourned the matter until 27 July for the Probation Office provides a probation report before sentencing.
She also refers this matter to his Honour Justice Vui Clarence Nelson for the court decision.
Justice Aitken said Justice Vui had already given his sentences for other defendants involved the same matter.
