The Samoa Law Society (S.L.S.) congratulated the country’s newest judge, His Honour Fepulea’i Ameperosa Roma, on Friday night.
A gathering of Society members and friends at the Rendezvous Restaurant at Maluafou was well attended.

President, Mareva Betham-Annandale, said the gathering was an opportunity for members of the Society to fellowship with the new judge.
The evening was attended by Justices of the Supreme Court Justice, the President of the Land and Titles Court, Tagaloa Kerslake and District Court Judges as well as lawyers in government and the private sector.
Judge Fepulea’i took his oath before Chief Justice Patu Tiava’asu’e Falefatu Sapolu last week.
He is the youngest Judge in Samoa and the first graduate of the University of the South Pacific (U.S.P.) Law School to become a judge in Samoa.
