Cabinet has approved the reappointment of Fepulea’i Sinapi Moli as Chief Executive Officer for the Samoa Qualification Authority for the next three years.

The contract was advertised for public interest, and four candidates submitted applications.
The selection panel conducted interviews for all applicants and had undertaken assessments before a recommendation was submitted to Cabinet for the final decision.
This is Fepuleai’s third consecutive term in office since the establishment of SQA in 2005.
She holds a Master of Education from the University of Waikato and a Bachelor of Science from Victoria University in Wellington. Prior to her appointment as C.E.O, Fepulea’i was the Project Manager in the Samoa S.Q.A Establishment Project in 2004 – 2005, and was the Head of the Implementation Task Force within what was then the Samoa Department of Education, from 1999 - 2004.
Fepulea’i started her service in the Ministry of Education in 1993.
Fepulea’i hails from the villages of Falevao, To’omatagi, Saleaula, Falefa and Fagamalo.
She is a congregant at E.F.K.S Falevao, where her husband is a lay-preacher and she is Treasurer for the Women’s Committee.
