Senior Sergeant Meaalofa Hakai has pleaded not guilty to the charge stemming from that incident.
Presiding over the matter was District Court Judge Mata Tuatagaloa.
She adjourned the matter for hearing to the 22 and 23 April.
This is the final adjournment for the matter she ordered.
Hakai’s defence counsel Rosella Papali’i was unable to attend the court proceedings because she was attending another matter.
