The Samoa National Action Plan on Youth Employment Project is to be launched on Friday.
The Minister of Women, Community and Social Development, Tolofuaivalelei Falemoe Lei’ataua will launch the project at the To’oa Salamasina Hall.
The project is supported by the International Labour Organization (I.L.O) and implemented by the government through the Ministry of Women Community and Social Development (M.W.C.S.D).
Among the speakers are the Acting Chief Executive Officer of M.W.C.S.D, Tifitifi Uitime-Fetu, and the Deputy Director of I.L.O’s Office for Pacific Countries, Satoshi Sasaki.
Reverend Setu Samitioata of the Maugafiafia Congregational Christian Church of Samoa is scheduled to bless the project.
