PR - BlueSky Samoa has released a new website complete with an online chat feature for its customers’ convenience
The new website, which boasts a whole new look, has improvements such as a more user-friendly interface and easier access to information.
One of the main components of this new website is the Online Chat Feature, which allows customers to converse with Customer Care representatives online should they require assistance or information about any BlueSky product.
This feature is the first of its kind on island and offers an alternative way for customers to receive help on an issue they may be having with their BlueSky product or service. Online chat is live Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
BlueSky’s Country Manager, Tole’afoa Douglas Creevey, said, “The main purpose of this new website is to connect BlueSky to Samoans not only on island but Samoans all around the world. We also want to ensure that information is readily available for those who need it.”
