Yesterday the Parents and Teachers Association (P.T.A.) of the College held a presentation of awards to show their appreciation for the achievements of the students.
The President of the P.T.A. Papalii Pasi Poloa encouraged the ex-students to keep on going and aim for the stars.
“Today is a happy day for all of us,” he said.
“Compared to past years, the number of our Foundation students has doubled so therefore we shall rejoice and give thanks to the man above for all that He has done.
“Congratulations to all of you for making it this far. Although it wasn’t easy but you have made it and you have done it.”
He also encouraged them by saying that this was not the end of it.
“Aim high and keep going,” he said.
“It is just the beginning of another step in your life and be honest in what you do.”
“Don’t forget Avele, and don’t forget your parents who are praying for you and are supporting you through prayers on your journey.”
